Doit Druvi Food & Beverages (Opc)Private Limited is the full name on our papers. It is a one-person company. That makes it a very small operation. I handle most of the things myself with just a bit of help from others. The ground floor of the row house is where all the daily work happens. It is not a big factory. It is just a simple workspace. I spend a lot of my time managing the inventory and making sure every order is in order. Ashiyana is a nice enough place to work. It is mostly residential, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the center of the city. I started this business because I wanted to work for myself and build something local. It is a lot of responsibility when everything is on your shoulders every day. I do not have a marketing budget or anyone to write fancy things for me to say. I just do the work. Dealing with food and drinks means I have to be very careful with how everything is stored. It is a lot of daily chores. Some days are better than others. I just keep at it and try to grow slowly.
