Dlf Laing O Rourke(I) Ltd

We've been at N-104 Rail Vihar Apartment in Sector-62 for a while now. It's a busy spot in Noida, especially during the mornings when everyone is heading out. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space where Dlf Laing O Rourke(I) Ltd handles its daily paperwork and meetings. Some days are quieter than others. We deal with construction projects and logistics mostly. It gets pretty hot here in the summer, so the AC is always running. People come in and out, checking on site progress or dropping off documents. We’ve got a small team here. It works for us. Living and working in Noida means dealing with the metro construction and the changing skyline. You can see the new buildings going up right from the window. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. If you're looking for us, we're in the residential complex, so it feels a bit more like a community than a cold office block. Sometimes the lift acts up, but we manage. That’s just how it is around here. We handle the India operations from this flat. It’s practical. No one wears suits much unless there is a big meeting. Usually, it's just tea and looking over blueprints or spreadsheets. That’s our day-to-day really. We’ve got stacks of paper everywhere and the phone rings a lot, but we like the pace.
