We've been at F-93 in Sector-8 for a while now. It's a busy part of Noida. We mostly deal with shoe interlining. If you know the industry, you know it's a specific kind of work. The shop floor is usually loud with machines running most of the day. Our team just gets on with it. We don't have fancy office chairs or anything like that. Just a lot of rolls of material and people making sure things are cut right. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when a big order comes in at the last minute. We’ve seen the area change over the years. Sector-8 has its own vibe. It’s gritty and real. We don't spend much time on social media or making things look pretty. The focus is on the shoes. Well, the inside parts of them anyway. Most of us have been working here together for years, so we know the routine. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We try to keep the place organized, but with all the inventory, it’s a constant battle. Sometimes the power goes out in the summer heat, and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. That's just how things go here in Gautam Budh Nagar. It’s a lot of manual work and checking details. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks. It isn't a high-tech lab, just a practical workshop where the real work gets done every day.
