Dhanacharya Advisors Llp is based out of F 146 in Delta 1. It’s a pretty quiet area most of the time, which is nice for focusing on work. We mostly spend our time dealing with paperwork and advising people on things they need help with. The office itself is nothing special, just some desks, chairs, and a few computers that have seen better days. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors are all pretty friendly. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a few people visiting at once, but we make it work. Delta 1 is a decent place to be located. There’s a tea stall not too far away that we go to almost every afternoon when we need a break from the screens. We don’t really do any big marketing or anything like that. Most people who come to us are just from around here or heard about us from someone else. It’s a small operation, really. Just a few of us trying to keep everything running smoothly without too much fuss. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist, you just walk in and talk to whoever is free at the moment. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things, I think. We focus on the numbers and the advice and let the rest of it take care of itself. That’s how we like it here in our little office.
