You can find us at 2/150 in Rashmi Khand, which is part of Sharda Nagar here in Lucknow. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s not too loud during the day. We’ve turned this space into our pharmaceutical base. It’s not a huge warehouse, just enough room for the supplies we handle. We spend a lot of time on the computer doing the GST and the bills. The rest of the time is spent checking the shelves for what we need to reorder. Lucknow is a busy place, but Sharda Nagar feels a bit more relaxed than the city center. We have a small desk near the front where we do the paperwork. Sometimes neighbors stop by just to say hello. We don't have any big corporate branding or logos. It’s just a sign on the door and a lot of work inside. We get our deliveries in the morning usually. It takes a couple of hours to get everything sorted and put away. We try to keep things clean and tidy, but with all the boxes, it’s a constant battle. We’ve been at this address for a few years now. It’s a good spot for us. We don't need a fancy office in the middle of the city. This works just fine for what we do. We focus on the orders and making sure the stock doesn't run out. Just a simple, local operation we run every day.
