Daivik Jaivik Social Foundation

Our office is situated at G-251, Alpha-2, in Greater Noida. This is part of Gautam Budh Nagar. Daivik Jaivik Social Foundation operates out of this house-turned-office. It’s a decent neighborhood and generally pretty easy to find if you know the Alpha-2 layout. We aren't a big institution with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us working on social projects. The space is functional. We have a front room where we meet people and a couple of back rooms for the administrative stuff. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, which can be frustrating when we are trying to get reports finished. We don’t have a fancy receptionist or anything. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. We focus on the work at hand rather than making the place look like a showroom. There are trees outside that give some nice shade in the afternoons. People from the surrounding blocks come by when they have questions about our social programs. We try to be helpful and straightforward with everyone. We don't use a lot of complicated language. It’s just about being a local resource for the community. Some days are more productive than others, but that’s just how it goes with this kind of work. We’ve lived and worked in Greater Noida for a while, so we feel right at home in Gautam Budh Nagar.
