CRYSCON INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED is up on the sixth floor of Corporate Park, 608-A, in Sector-142, Noida. Even though we’re in a "corporate park," our office feels a lot more like a workshop. There are always rolls of site plans and safety helmets lying around on the chairs. Noida Sector-142 is a growing area, so we can see a lot of other buildings going up from our window. It’s a bit of a trek to get up here if the elevator is slow, which happens more often than we’d like. We do infrastructure projects, mostly focusing on the technical side of things. The team is pretty small, and we spend a lot of time arguing about logistics and budget sheets. It isn't the most exciting work to talk about, but we enjoy the challenge of it. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a fountain. It’s just a place where we put in our hours and try to get the jobs finished. Some weeks are incredibly busy and we're here until the cleaning crew comes by, and other weeks are a bit slower. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound more important than we are. We're just a bunch of engineers and managers trying to make sure the concrete gets poured and the roads get built correctly. It’s a decent living and we like the view.
