Crosssights Solutions Llp

Our place is in Gulshan Ikebana, which is located out in Sector 143 of Noida. We are in Tower P, on the 7th floor, unit 072. It’s a bit of a drive from the city center, but it’s a nice enough area once you get here. The building is fairly modern, though our office inside is just a standard workspace. We have some tables pushed together and a few cabinets for all the paperwork that seems to pile up. At Crosssights Solutions, we don't spend much time on fancy presentations about ourselves. Most of the day is just spent looking at screens and trying to solve whatever problem came up that morning. The 7th floor has a decent view of the expressway, so we can see how the traffic is looking before we head home. Sometimes the wind really howls around the tower, which is a bit strange, but you get used to it. We keep things pretty informal. There isn't a boss breathing down everyone’s neck; we all just know what we need to do. We usually bring our own lunch from home and eat while chatting about whatever show someone watched the night before. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the workday. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything, just us in this room in Sector 143 trying to make things work.
