Crms Eduskills Private Limited is located at 1/754 in Vikas Nagar. It’s a straightforward spot in a busy part of Lucknow. We’ve been here for a while now, working on different skills-based programs for people who want to learn something useful. The office is basically just a couple of rooms with some tables and chairs. We don't have any of those modern office perks like bean bags or espresso machines. We just have a kettle and some basic furniture that we've had since we started. It’s a practical place for practical work. Most days are spent on the phone or working on the computer, trying to coordinate things and keep everything running smooth. Vikas Nagar can be a bit of a maze if you aren't familiar with it, but 1/754 is easy enough to spot once you're on the right street. We try to keep things simple here. There’s no big hierarchy or fancy titles; we all just pitch in and do what needs to be done. Sometimes the printers act up or we run out of paper at the worst time, but we deal with it and move on. It’s an honest living and we really enjoy the people we meet along the way. We aren't trying to change the whole world overnight, just trying to help folks get some better skills so they can find better jobs. It’s regular, everyday work. We close up around six and head home like everyone else.
