We are over in Noida, specifically at C 251 in Sector 63. This part of Uttar Pradesh has grown so much lately, but we have stayed right here. Our building is a straightforward structure, nothing like the glass towers you see in the newer parts of town. At Creative Oz-Air, the day starts with a cup of tea and a look at the schedule. We handle a lot of technical stuff involving air and ozone, but we talk about it in plain terms. The workshop floor is where most of the action is. It can get pretty loud when the equipment is running, but we are used to it. We do not have a floor full of receptionists or sales people. Usually, if the phone rings, one of the guys working on a project will just wipe their hands and pick it up. We like it that way. It keeps things grounded. Sector 63 is a busy hub, so there is always something happening outside our gates. We have had the same neighbors for years, and we all kind of look out for each other. We do not put out big brochures with empty promises. We just show people what we have built. It is about being practical and putting in the hours. The commute can be a bit of a grind for some of us, but once we are at the shop, we just focus on the work. We keep things simple and honest.
