Create A Way Foundation

Our office is over at N1992 in the 6 Avenue part of Gaur City 1. Since we are in Noida, there’s always something going on outside. Create A Way Foundation has been using this space for a bit. It’s a standard residential unit turned into a workspace. We have some computers set up and a very old printer that makes a lot of noise. The sun hits the front window in the afternoon, so it gets a bit warm if we don’t pull the curtains. Working in Gautam Buddha Nagar means you get used to the sounds of traffic and people talking in the corridors. We are a small team, so there’s no formal dress code or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. Sometimes we order food from the local shops downstairs when we’re staying late to finish things up. The 201301 zip code area is pretty crowded these days. We’ve got some files stacked in the corner that we need to organize better. It’s just the reality of a busy small office. We don't have any flashy signs, just a small one by the door so people know they’re in the right place. It’s a straightforward environment. We focus on the tasks at hand and don't worry much about the decor. Most days are pretty routine, which is fine by us.
