Cravie Chocolates Private Limited

Cravie Chocolates Private Limited is a bit different because we are way up on the 20th floor. We are at D-2008 in Ace City, Greater Noida West. Being in Gautam Buddha Nagar-201301 means we are part of that whole new development area. From up here, you can see all the other towers and the construction going on below. It’s a long way up in the lift every morning. We don't have a storefront on the street where people just walk in. It’s more of a workspace where we focus on getting things right. Sometimes the wind really whistles against the windows when there’s a storm. We spend a lot of time managing the temperature because you can't have things melting when you are working with chocolate. It’s not like a traditional bakery on a corner. It feels more modern, but we are still just regular people doing the work. We don't have a bunch of fancy slogans. We just have our cooling racks and our packaging supplies stacked against the wall. The space is bright because of the big windows, which is nice during the winter. We keep track of everything on a whiteboard and try to stay organized. The lifts can be slow during the lunch hour when everyone in the building is trying to go down at once, so we usually just stay put and eat our tiffins here while looking out at the skyline. It’s a quiet place to work compared to the streets below, and we like that focus.
