We’re located over at A-134 in Sector-80, Phase II. It’s a typical industrial sector with lots of similar-looking buildings. We handle architectural products, which basically means all the bits and pieces that go into buildings like handles, frames, and glass fittings. Our warehouse is usually packed to the ceiling with crates. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we get a big delivery. We started out small and just kept adding more shelves as we went along. It’s not a very pretty building, just gray concrete mostly. We have a small office upstairs where we handle the orders and talk to architects or builders. Sometimes the air conditioner up there makes a weird rattling noise, but we’re used to it. Most of our days are spent checking inventory or packing boxes for sites. We don’t have a big sales team. Usually, it's just one of us answering the phone and checking the ledger. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, there’s bubble wrap and tape everywhere. It’s a practical place for people who need practical things. We don’t do anything flashy. We just make sure we have the right parts in stock so we can get them out the door when a customer calls. It’s a steady pace, and we like it that way. We keep a stash of biscuits in the desk.
