We have been operating out of C-8 in Sector-65 for quite some time now. It is a busy industrial area where the roads are often crowded with trucks and small tempos moving goods around. At Colorplast Systems Pvt. Ltd., our daily routine is pretty straightforward. We get in early, start up the machinery, and handle the plastic work that comes our way. The warehouse has that specific smell of processed materials and the hum of the cooling fans is constant. It gets really hot in the summer months, so we usually have a few extra fans going to keep everyone from melting. We are not a giant factory with fancy lobbies. It is mostly just stacks of crates, some workbenches, and a small office corner where we keep the ledgers. Our team is small, mostly guys who have been with us for years and know exactly which machine needs a little nudge to keep running smoothly. We take our tea breaks outside by the small stall on the corner when the weather allows. It is honest work, day in and day out. We do not do much in the way of advertising because the local businesses around Noida already know where we are. Sometimes the power fluctuates and we have to pause for a bit, but that is just how things go in this sector. We just focus on getting the orders out on time without much fuss.
