Collateral Management Llp

Our address is House Number 1314 in Sector 18. We are on the first floor. It is a straightforward residential-style building that we use for our work at Collateral Management Llp. Sector 18 is a well-known area, so it’s not too hard for people to locate us. The first floor is just a short walk up. We don’t have a big lobby or a security guard at the front. It’s just a regular door. Inside, the rooms have been converted into office spaces. We have desks set up in the different rooms. It feels a bit more like a home than a cold corporate office, which we actually prefer. We have some basic furniture and the usual office supplies scattered around. There are usually a few of us here during the day. We don't really follow a strict dress code or anything like that. We just come in and get to work. The windows look out onto the street, so we can see what’s happening in the neighborhood. It’s a fairly quiet sector, which is good for concentrating. We don't have a lot of fancy technology, just what we need to do the job. We share the space and keep things moving. It’s just a normal group of people working out of a house in Sector 18. That’s really all there is to it.
