Classic Creations

Our workshop is at D-25 in the Hosiery Complex, over in Phase 2 Extension. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always the sound of machinery and trucks moving around. We’ve been in this spot for a good while. The space is mostly taken up by our production equipment and racks of finished items. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, as there is always some dust or scraps from whatever we are making that day. We start early, usually before the sun gets too hot, because the metal roof makes the afternoon quite warm. We have a small office section partitioned off where we handle the billing and the phones. It’s pretty cramped in there with all the files. Most of our staff have been with us for years, so we all know the routine. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. The focus is always on getting the orders out the door. Sometimes we have to stay late to meet a deadline, and we just order in some food and keep going. The roads in the complex can be a bit rough, especially when it rains, but we manage. It’s a hardworking environment. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a showroom; we just want to make sure the stuff we produce is solid. You’ll usually find us in work clothes, probably with a bit of dirt on our hands. We just keep our heads down and work.
