We are set up on the ground floor at C-3 in Sector-8, Noida. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for us to move stuff in and out without having to deal with elevators or steep stairs. It’s a basic shop floor with some office space partitioned off in the back. Sector-8 is a pretty standard industrial area, so there’s always trucks and bikes moving around outside. We don’t have a big fancy entrance. Usually, the shutters are halfway up while we work to let the breeze in. We focus on lifestyle products and clothing. It’s mostly just a group of us sitting at our tables or checking the inventory. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven’t really gotten around to it because we’re always too busy with orders. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day to keep our energy up. We don't have a human resources department or a PR person. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out over lunch or during a break. It’s a very direct way of working. The location is convenient for us since the main roads are quite close by. We’ve been in this spot for a bit and it suits our needs just fine. We don’t need anything more than a dry roof and enough space to lay out the materials we are working with.
