Chathotheyil Resort Private Limited

Chathotheyil Resort Private Limited is way up on the 10th floor of Tower D in Arihant Garden. This is in Sector 1 of the Greater Noida Extension. If you’ve been out this way lately, you know it’s basically one giant construction site in some parts. But our complex, GH 07, is finished and it’s actually pretty nice. Being on the 10th floor means we get a lot of wind, which is great in the summer. We run the resort business from this apartment-style office. It’s a long way from the ground, so we rely on the lifts quite a bit. D-1001 is where we do all our planning and paperwork. Gautam Buddha Nagar has changed so much in just a few years. It used to be just fields, and now there are towers everywhere. We are part of that new growth, I suppose. The office is usually a bit messy with papers and files because there is always something going on. We don't have a receptionist in a suit. It’s usually just one of us answering the door if someone knocks. We spend our time making sure the resort side of the business is healthy. It’s a lot of work to keep track of everything from a distance, but we manage. Greater Noida is a bit far from the main city, but it’s quieter here. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to stay ahead of the schedule.
