You can find us at C 603 in Grand Omaxe, over in Sector 93B. Running Celestial Textiles from this location keeps us right in the middle of the Noida bustle. It’s not a factory floor; it’s more of an administrative and design hub for us. We deal with a lot of fabric swatches and color charts. The dining table often ends up covered in different materials we are looking at. We spend our time coordinating with the weavers and the dyeing units that are located further out. It’s a lot of logistics to manage from a small office. Some days are just filled with checking if the orders are being processed correctly. We don’t have a fancy showroom. If someone wants to see what we have, we usually just pull out the sample books. It’s a bit informal, but it works for us. Living and working in the same area has its pros and cons. We are always working in a way. The security at the gate sometimes gets confused by the number of packages we get, but they know us now. We try to keep things organized, though it gets a bit messy during the peak seasons. It’s just a few of us making sure the textile side of things runs without a hitch. We prefer it this way. It’s practical and we can keep a close eye on everything. We usually have the radio on in the background while we sort through the latest batch of samples.
