Cbr Realtors Private Limited

Our shop is PG-02 over at Paramount Golf Forest in Sector Zeta-1. We are right there on the 130 Meter Highway in Greater Noida. It’s a big road, so there’s always cars and trucks passing by. Cbr Realtors Private Limited is a small setup inside the shop. We don’t have a lot of room, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent looking out at the highway or talking to people who live in the Paramount complex. Sector Zeta-1 is still growing, so there is always some construction noise in the background. We handle the usual property stuff—buying, selling, and renting. We aren't part of some big chain. We just focus on this specific area because that’s what we know. The office has a few chairs and a desk where we keep our files. Sometimes the internet is slow, which makes the paperwork take longer, but we get it done. People stop in while they are out for a walk or coming back from work. We don't have a dress code or anything fancy. We just wear what is comfortable for a long day of work. The 130 Meter Highway makes it easy for people to find us, though the dust from the road can be a bit much in the afternoons. We just stay here and help whoever walks through the door with their questions about the local flats and shops around here.
