Cats Management Solutions Private Limited is based out of a house in the Awho Society. The address is House No-1F - 205, Gurjinder Vihar, over in Greater Noida. Tugalpur is the local area people know. Working from a society like this is different than being in a big office block. It’s a bit more relaxed, and we don’t have to deal with the main road traffic right outside our window. The name "Cats" usually makes people think we have something to do with animals, but we don't. It’s just the name we’ve got. We handle management stuff from this house. It’s a small group of us, and we’ve made the space work for what we need. There’s a kitchen where we make way too much tea and a few rooms set up with desks. Greater Noida has been changing so much, but Gurjinder Vihar stays pretty consistent. We like that. We aren't some massive corporation with layers of management. If something needs to be decided, we just talk it out and do it. It’s a very direct way of working. We don't have any promotional scripts or mission statements. We just try to be useful and get our work done properly. Sometimes the elevators in the society act up, so we take the stairs. It’s just a normal, everyday business trying to stay organized and do right by our tasks. It is just how we operate.
