Captain Property Tours & Travels

Our office for Captain Property Tours & Travels is tucked away in Kendriya Vihar, Sector 51. We use the C-88 spot for everything we do. It’s a mix of things here. Some days we are talking to people about finding an apartment to rent nearby, and other days we are sorting out travel plans for someone going on a trip. It’s a small space, mostly just a desk and some chairs where people can sit and talk. We’ve been in this area for a long time, so we know the buildings and the streets pretty well. We don't have a big staff or a fancy lobby. It’s just us helping neighbors out with whatever they need, whether it’s a car for a few days or a new place to live. The phone rings quite a bit. We handle the paperwork, which can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but it has to get done. People stop by after work because they live in the same complex. It’s very informal. We might be drinking tea when a client walks in, and we just pull up a chair for them. We aren't trying to be some big national agency. We just focus on Sector 51 and the people who live around us. It’s a steady way to spend the day, and we like being part of the community here. Most of our clients come back every year when their lease is up or when they want to go on vacation.
