Our place is at AS 11 in Sector 71, Noida. If you know the area, you know it's a mix of different things going on at once. We’ve been in this office for a while now, and it’s started to feel like home, even with the slightly mismatched furniture and the stacks of paper that seem to grow on their own. We don't really go for the whole corporate look. It’s more about having a space where we can actually sit down and put in the hours. Most of us have been working together long enough that we don't need to explain much to each other anymore. We just get on with it. The commute to Sector 71 can be a bit of a pain depending on where you're coming from, but we’re used to it by now. There’s a lot of dust in the air sometimes because of all the construction nearby, so we spend a fair amount of time cleaning our keyboards. We aren't doing anything flashy here. It’s just daily operations, answering calls, and making sure the numbers add up. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, and other times we head out early if the weather is nice. It’s just a regular local business trying to stay afloat and do things right. We like the independence of it, even if it means we have to fix our own plumbing sometimes.
