Bhavya Skills Private Limited

Bhavya Skills is up on the 8th floor of Tower K in the Golden Palm complex. That’s in Sector-168, Noida. It’s a big building and the elevator takes a while sometimes. Being up high means we get a good view of the area, which is nice when you need a break from looking at the screen. The office is K-804. It’s a bit more modern than some other places because it’s a newer building. We have some glass partitions and decent chairs. Most of our work is about teaching skills that people need for office jobs. We have a lot of young people coming in from the nearby apartments. The commute can be a pain because of the Noida traffic, but we’re used to it. We don't have a big reception area or anything, just a small desk where someone sits. The air conditioning is a lifesaver in the summer months. We spend most of our day on the phone or in front of the laptops. It’s a busy environment but we try to keep it relaxed. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We’re just a small team trying to help people learn something useful. It’s a decent place to work and the neighbors in the other offices are friendly enough. We usually head out around six or seven depending on how much work is left.
