Bharat Group Limited

Bharat Group Limited is based at B-54 in Sector 67, Noida. This part of Noida is quite industrial and busy with trucks and delivery vans moving around all day. Our building is a simple structure that’s easy to find if you are looking for the B block. We have been here for a while and the neighborhood has changed a lot since we first moved in. Inside, it’s just a regular office environment. We have some desks, some old filing cabinets, and a small area where we can sit and talk. It’s not a flashy corporate headquarters. We focus on our daily tasks and try to keep things moving. There is usually a lot of paperwork to deal with, especially with the group activities we manage. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't need a lot of formal rules to get things done. The morning starts with opening the shutters and letting some air in before it gets too hot outside. We don't have a big cafeteria, so most people just go to the local stalls nearby or bring a tiffin. It’s a very practical way of working. No one here cares much about titles or big speeches. We just want to finish the day's work and make sure everything is in order before we lock up the gate in the evening.
