We’re located in Vijay Nagar, over in the Fazalpur area. Harkesh Singh is the one who keeps everything running from his place. This company deals with hemp and other agro products, which is a bit different from what most people around here are doing. We’re still pretty small, so it’s mostly just a few of us working together every day. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice when we’re trying to focus on our processing. We don’t have a big factory or anything like that yet. It’s more of a hands-on operation where we look at every batch ourselves. Sometimes we spend hours just talking about how to improve the way we handle the plants. The office is just a room with some chairs and a table covered in notes. We don’t use any big fancy words or try to look more important than we are. We’re just trying to make something out of this hemp business because we think it’s got a future. It’s a lot of trial and error, to be honest. Some days are better than others, especially when the weather isn’t cooperating. We have to keep an eye on the humidity and the storage. Harkesh is always there to make sure nobody is slacking off. We just take things one step at a time and hope the next season is better than the last one. It’s honest work and it keeps us out of trouble.
