We’re located at B-16 in Sector-81, which is part of Phase-II in G.B. Nagar. This is a real industrial area, so it’s all about factories and manufacturing around here. At Beta Maschinenfabrik (P) Ltd., we’re focused on making machines and metal parts. Our floor is always busy, and there's a lot of clanging and humming from the equipment. It’s not the cleanest place, as there’s always a bit of oil or metal shavings on the floor, but that’s just how it is in this line of work. We don't have a separate, fancy office building. Our desks are just in a partitioned-off area near the main workshop. It helps us stay close to what’s happening on the floor. We don't do the whole corporate culture thing. We just have a team of people who know how to work the machines and get the job done. The weather can get really intense here, and the factory floor gets pretty warm, but we just keep the fans going and carry on. We don't have a big sales team out there making promises. We just look at the orders we have and try to make sure everything is built right and sent out when we said it would be. It’s hard work, but it’s honest, and it’s what we’ve been doing in G.B. Nagar for years. We just keep the machines running and the work moving.
