We are based in Noida, over in Sector 45 at Prateek Stylome. If you know the building, we are in F 1102. It’s a residential area, which makes for a pretty calm working environment. Beri Management Solutions is really just about helping people figure out their business problems without all the corporate talk you usually get. We’ve been here in Gautam Buddha Nagar for a while now. The office is basically just a few rooms where we keep our books and computers. We started this because we saw a lot of managers struggling with the basics. We don't promise anything magical. We just look at the facts and suggest what might work better. It’s practical stuff. Living and working in the same general area means we don't have a massive commute, which is a relief. Sometimes we meet clients in the common areas or just have them up to the flat. It’s a bit informal, but our clients seem to like that more than a stiff office. We have our bad days like anyone else, usually when the internet goes down or the paperwork gets confusing. But we stick with it. It’s just us, a couple of desks, and a lot of focus on getting the details right for whoever walks through the door or calls us up. We enjoy the work and the people we meet along the way.
