Our place is located at D-43, Sec-59, right here in Noida. If you're familiar with G B Nagar, you know this area is packed with manufacturing units and small factories. Bansal Moulders has been operating out of this building for a good while. Inside, it's mostly the sound of machines running and people moving heavy crates around. We do a lot of moulding work, which means the floor can get quite warm during the day. It’s definitely not a quiet office job. We deal with raw materials and metal molds all day long. Most of the guys on the floor have been with us for years and know the machines by heart. We don't spend much time on fancy websites or glossy brochures. We just focus on getting the daily orders out on time. Sometimes the machines act up or a part breaks, and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing things. That’s just how it goes in a workshop like this. The street outside gets really dusty in the summer, but we try to keep the inside tidy enough to work comfortably. We have a small office area near the front where we handle the paperwork and take calls from vendors. Customers usually just call us directly to check on their batches. It's a very straightforward operation without any frills. We don’t have a big marketing team. We just make sure the plastic parts are right before they leave the gate. It's hard work, but it keeps us busy and the bills paid.
