We’ve been serving food in this spot for a bit now. The address is 201306 if you’re looking it up on a map. It’s not a high-end fancy place with white tablecloths and expensive silver. It’s more of a local joint where people can come and get a meal without any fuss. The kitchen stays pretty busy, especially during the lunch and dinner rushes. We have a small staff, mostly local folks from around Gautam Buddha Nagar. We don't really have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the food is ready and the place is clean enough for folks to sit. Sometimes things get a little chaotic when it's crowded, but that’s just how a restaurant goes.
