Bacfo Pharmaceuticals (India) Ltd.

Bacfo Pharmaceuticals is based at C-15 in Sector-2. It is a typical industrial setup and we have been here in India for a long time now. The building is a basic structure that gets the job done. Inside, it is usually quite busy with people moving around and machines running. We focus on making health products and supplements. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we know how to do. Most of our workers live nearby, so there is a bit of a local feel to the place. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. We are more concerned with the quality of what we are putting into the bottles. Sector-2 is a practical place for us because the roads are wide enough for the trucks that come and go all day. Sometimes the dust from the nearby construction gets into everything, but we just clean it up and keep going. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or a bunch of corporate rules that don't make sense. We just come in, do the production runs, and make sure the orders are filled correctly. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes things go wrong, but we fix them and move on. It is a good, honest living for everyone involved here at the factory.
