B4T Consultancy Solutions Private Limited operates out of the Sriram Complex. We are on the first floor in unit 102. It is right near AM BAR in Modinagar, which most people use as a landmark when they are trying to find us. Ghaziabad can be a bit overwhelming with all the buildings, but our spot is fairly easy to spot once you get to the complex. Going up the stairs every day keeps us active I guess. The office itself is pretty basic. We have our computers, some chairs, and plenty of files. It’s not the kind of place with a big reception desk or glass walls. We spend our hours looking over consultancy papers and talking to people who need help with their business problems. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud and the tea arrives cold, but we just keep at it. We have a mix of younger and older staff here, and everyone just does their bit. We don't use big words to explain things. If someone asks a question, we give a plain answer. It’s just how we were raised in this part of Uttar Pradesh. Being near the bar means it is a lively area, especially in the evenings. We usually finish up and head home before it gets too crowded. It is a decent place to work and we are happy being here. We aren't doing anything fancy, just our jobs.
