Started out in Sector 61, Noida, mostly because it was close by and the space at Krishna Apra worked for us. We do a lot of different food things here, mostly focusing on what people actually like to eat day to day. It’s not a huge operation or anything, just a small team of us trying to get things right. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit chaotic, but that is just how it goes when you are busy. We spend a lot of time figuring out new recipes, even if they don't always work out the first time. The address is D 602, and if you know this part of Noida, you know it’s mostly just residential and quiet around here. People always ask how we got started, and honestly, we just liked the idea of having our own thing. We handle everything ourselves, from picking out ingredients to making sure the boxes are packed okay. It’s a lot of work, and some days are better than others, but we keep at it. We are not some big corporation with fancy offices; we’re just right here in the middle of Gautam Buddha Nagar. We try to keep things simple because that usually works best for everyone involved. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a batch of something, and the security guards probably think we are crazy. Anyway, that’s us. We aren't perfect, but we care about what we do and the people who eat our food.
