We are over at Industrial Unit No. A-34 in Sector-10. It’s a busy part of Noida. Awana And Bhati Overseas Private Limited has been in this unit for a while now. The street outside is always full of trucks and people moving crates around at all hours. We mostly deal with overseas stuff, which means a lot of late nights and early mornings. The office walls are a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby in Gautam Buddha Nagar. We don't spend much on decor or fancy chairs. Most of the money goes into keeping the equipment running and paying the guys. It’s a practical setup for us. We have a small table in the corner where we eat lunch together. It’s usually just home-cooked food someone brought in from home. We talk about the news or the weather while we eat. The work itself is mostly paperwork and making sure the containers are packed right. It's easy to get things mixed up if you aren't careful, so we double-check everything manually. We aren't some massive corporation with a hundred floors. It’s just this one unit in Sector-10. We know the security guards at the gate and the tea stall guy down the road. It’s a community here. We just try to do our part and keep the exports moving out of Uttar Pradesh without making a mess of things. It’s a lot of work but it’s what we do.
