Being up on the 17th floor at Ace City in Greater Noida gives you a pretty good view of all the traffic down below. The Association Of Small Progressive Innovative And Rising Enterprises is basically just a bunch of us who wanted to see small businesses actually get somewhere. We spent a lot of time in coffee shops before we ended up here in West Greater Noida. It's a busy spot, and sometimes the elevators take forever, which is a bit of a pain when you're in a rush. We deal with a lot of different people coming in and out. Everyone is trying to figure out their own way to grow their enterprise. It’s not always easy. We have stacks of files and a lot of half-empty tea cups around the office. We aren't trying to be some corporate giant. We just want to help the small guys keep their heads above water. It gets loud sometimes with all the construction happening nearby, but that’s just how Noida is these days. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. It's practical work. No one here wears a suit unless they absolutely have to for a meeting. We just want to see things move forward for the people who are actually putting in the effort. It's a long climb up to G-1706, but we're here every day.
