Aradhay Hanuman Foundation

Aradhay Hanuman Foundation is based at H. No. 471/A-2, which is situated right behind the Chirahula Mandir. Being so close to the temple is a big part of our daily life. We can hear the morning and evening prayers quite clearly, which gives the place a very specific kind of energy. The office is really just a couple of rooms in a private house. It’s not a fancy commercial building with elevators or glass walls. We have some basic chairs and a large table where we sit to discuss our plans. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s a friendly and familiar atmosphere. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded during festival days, but we don’t mind the extra life around us. Our space is filled with ordinary things like old files, a few potted plants that we try to keep alive, and a small area for making tea. We don’t follow a corporate handbook or have a lot of formal rules. We just show up and do what needs to be done. It’s a very personal way to run a foundation. Most of the people who come to see us are from the local area. They find it easy to drop by because everyone knows the landmark of Chirahula Mandir. We are just a group of local individuals working from a simple house, trying to stay organized and helpful. It’s not perfect, but it’s our way of doing things in this part of town.
