Antham Health & Sports

Antham Health & Sports is located on the first floor of AR Plaza in Rampur Jagir, over in Beta-1. We are pretty close to the Greater Noida Authority building, which is a good landmark if you're trying to find us for the first time. The gym is a decent size for the area. We have various sections for different types of exercise, from weights to a bit of floor space for stretching. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s good for a warm-up. We’ve tried to create a space that feels comfortable for everyone, whether you’ve been training for years or are just starting out. The equipment is older in some spots and newer in others, but it all works. We don't have a big corporate office or a marketing team. It's just a few of us making sure the place stays open and the weights are put back in the right spots. We see a lot of students and professionals from the Greater Noida area. It can get a bit humid during the monsoon, but we do our best with the ventilation. It’s a practical, local choice for anyone living nearby who needs a place to stay active without any unnecessary drama.
