Ant Ham Health & Sports

We are located on the first floor of R S Plazza, specifically block number 444, in Beta 1-Greater Noida. It’s pretty close to the Parag Dairy. Ant Ham Health & Sports is a bit of a project we took on because we felt this part of Noida needed a proper place for sports and general health stuff. It’s not a huge corporate office. It’s a functional space. We spend our days here talking to people about their physical goals. It’s a lot of work keeping things running. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit of a climb, but that’s part of the movement, I guess. We have various bits of equipment scattered around. It’s not always perfectly organized, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a fancy receptionist or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is around. It’s an honest way to run a business. We get people from all over Beta 1 coming in. Some are serious athletes, others just want to feel a bit better after a long day at work. We try to keep it friendly. No one is judging anyone else here. We’re just a local spot trying to stay useful to the community. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but we keep moving forward anyway. It is what it is.
