Our office is inside the WeWork space at Berger Delhi One in Sector 16B. It is a big modern building right on the edge of Noida and Ghaziabad. We are in unit HD-165. Being in a shared workspace like this means there are always people around and the coffee is usually decent. Ana Impex India Llp is what we call our business. We deal with the import and export side of things, which means we spend most of our hours looking at screens and talking to people in different time zones. It is a bit of a commute for some of us, but the location is handy because it is close to the main roads. The atmosphere in the office is pretty casual. We don't wear suits or anything like that. We just focus on the spreadsheets and the shipping manifests. There is always some new regulation to learn or a delay at the port to deal with. It is the kind of work that requires a lot of patience. We share the floor with a bunch of other companies, so it can get a bit noisy, but we are used to it. We don't have any big mission statements or anything. We just want to get the work done right and go home at the end of the day. It is a busy life in Noida, but we manage to keep things organized enough to stay afloat.
