If you find yourself in Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad, you might pass by our place at R-6/130. It is a familiar neighborhood with a lot of houses and small businesses tucked into the side streets. We have been working from here for a while now. It’s a typical Ghaziabad setup where the roads are narrow and the neighbors know each other by face. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular building where we handle our enterprise stuff at Alraw Enterprises. Inside, there are files stacked up and a few chairs for when someone drops by to talk. We don’t go for anything flashy or decorative. Most of our time is spent on calls or dealing with paperwork that comes through the door. The summers here get quite dusty and hot, so the cooler is always running in the corner to keep us from melting. Sometimes the electricity goes off, and we just wait for it to come back or use the backup if we have to. It is just the way things go here in Uttar Pradesh. We are just a group of people trying to keep things moving and making sure the business stays on track. There is usually someone around to answer the phone or look at a ledger. It feels more like a home office than a big corporate center, which suits us just fine. We know the local shops around the corner for our tea breaks.
