Akhand International Youth Development Foundation

We’ve been running the Akhand International Youth Development Foundation out of Gorakhpur for a little while now. If you’re looking for us, we are situated right at Ram Shila Maurya’s place over in Dhanushdharikoluha. It is in the Barahalganj area, which most people around here know pretty well. We mainly focus on things involving the younger generation. It’s not a huge setup or anything fancy, just a few of us working together to see what we can do for the youth in this part of Uttar Pradesh. The address is 273402 if you’re sending something by post. Most days, you’ll find someone around the office dealing with the daily paperwork or talking to locals who stop by. We don't really do the whole big corporate office thing because we prefer staying close to the community. Barahalganj has its own pace, and we try to work within that. Sometimes it gets a bit busy, but usually, it’s just the regular routine of helping out where we can. We started this because we saw a need in Gorakhpur and figured someone had to step up. It's just a local effort by local people. We have been here for a bit and plan to stay for a lot longer. If you are ever near the Dhanushdharikoluha side, you might see our small sign or just ask around for Ram Shila Maurya’s spot. We keep things pretty simple here and just try to get the work done.
