We are located over in Sector 88, Phase II right now. It is a bit different than the old rural kilns because we are in a more developed industrial area these days. B-107 is the specific spot where you can find our office. It is mostly just office work and managing the supply chains from this desk. The brick business is an old-fashioned trade but our location here feels a bit more modern. We spend a lot of our time on the phone talking to drivers and site managers. Logistics is the biggest challenge we face. Getting the bricks from the fields to the actual construction sites in the city is never a simple task. The traffic in this part of the world is never easy to deal with. We have a small, tight team. Everyone knows their own job and what needs to happen next. We do not have a fancy lobby or free coffee for the guests who visit. It is just a working office with a lot of papers. Some days are very slow, and then some days the phone just does not stop ringing. We just try to keep all the orders straight so nobody gets the wrong load. Being in Phase II helps us with getting around the city a bit faster. We have seen a lot of new buildings go up around this area recently. It is good to be a part of that growth, even in our own small way. Just regular people doing a regular job.
