Aimreen Overseas Skill India Private Limited operates out of Muzahid Hussain Khan’s place in Ambedkar Nagar. We started this because we saw a lot of people from around here wanting to work abroad but they didn't always have the specific skills required for those jobs. It is not a very big operation, just a few of us working together to help neighbors and folks from the city get ready for whatever comes next in their careers. The office is right there in the residential area, so it's easy to find if you know the neighborhood. We focus mostly on practical training. Sometimes the paperwork for going overseas gets complicated, so we try to help with the technical side of things so people feel more prepared. It isn't anything fancy. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of conversations about what kind of work is out there. We’ve been here for a while now and most people know us by word of mouth. If you walk down the lane in Ambedkar Nagar, someone will probably point you toward Muzahid’s house. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. We just try to do right by the people who come to us. It can be a bit noisy in the afternoons when the neighborhood gets busy, but we make it work. Most days are just spent talking through the different skills people need to brush up on before they head out. It's an honest living for us.
