Our company is Agunik Apparel Private Limited and you can find us at C-53 in Sector 4 of Noida. Sector 4 is a busy place with lots of small businesses like ours. We work on apparel, which basically means we are always surrounded by needles, thread, and fabric rolls. Our building is a typical Noida industrial plot. It’s functional. We have the cutting tables on one side and the stitching machines on the other. It gets pretty loud when everything is running at once. We started this because we knew the clothing business and wanted to try it on our own. It hasn't always been easy. There are days when the power goes out or a machine breaks and everything stops. But we get through it. We have a small crew of workers who are pretty skilled. We don't do big advertisements or have a fancy website. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just walking by in the sector. Sector 4 has changed a lot since we got here, but our little spot stays the same. We have a lot of scrap fabric that we don't know what to do with, so it just piles up in the corner until we have a clearing day. It’s not the cleanest place, but it’s a place where real work happens. We focus on the stitching more than the decor. We just show up every morning and do what needs to be done to get the orders out.
