Ags Welfare Foundation

Started out in Noida Extension, right at Shop No 4 in Tower F of Ashiyana Homeshujuri Chowk. It’s a busy spot. A few of us got together because we saw things in the neighborhood that needed doing. We aren't a big office with fancy suits or anything like that. Just some local folks working out of a small space. The shop gets a bit dusty with all the construction nearby, but we spend most of our days there talking to people who drop by. It’s mostly just making sure things run okay for Ags Welfare Foundation. Sometimes the traffic at the chowk is a nightmare, but you get used to it after a while. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just organizing papers on the desk. It’s not glamorous work, honestly. Most mornings start with a quick chai and then figuring out what needs the most attention. We try to keep things simple and help out where we can without making a big fuss. People know where to find us if they have a question or need something. It’s been a learning process for all of us since we opened up here. We don't have a giant team, just a couple of regulars who care about what happens in this part of town. It feels right being right here in the middle of all these apartment towers. We’re just part of the local scenery now, I guess.
