Noida Sector 104 is always moving. We are right on the main road at Km 203. If you look across, you’ll see Pathways School. When school lets out, the whole road gets jammed with cars and buses. It’s a loud time of day. Our place isn't huge, but it fits what we need. We have the usual stuff, some counters, a few stools, and a lot of lighting. The floor is a light color which shows every bit of dirt, so a lot of our time is spent with the broom. It’s a bit of a routine now. We get here early, unlock the shutters, and start the day. The sign outside has been there for a while and the sun has faded it a little bit. Water is kept in the back for ourselves and for anyone who asks. It’s not a big corporate office; it’s just a shop on a busy Noida road. We see the same people walking their dogs or going to the market every day. Sometimes the school kids come by just to look in the window and wave. We’ve grown used to the noise of the traffic. It’s just part of being in Sector 104. Our team isn't big, just a few of us who show up and do what needs to be done. It’s a practical way to spend the day without too much stress. The walls have a few scuffs from moving furniture around last year.
