Ads.Resonate India Private Limited is situated in Jaipuria Plaza in Sector-26, Noida. Our office is in the lower ground floor, specifically LGF-2. Being in a plaza means there’s always a lot of foot traffic and different shops around us. It’s a handy location because we can just step out and find whatever we need in a few minutes. The office itself is quite practical. We don't have expensive furniture or a high-tech lobby. It’s just a place where we come to work on ads and digital projects. We have a few desks and some good internet, which is really all we need to get things done. We don't spend our time writing long reports about things like synergy or global impact. We just look at what the person across the table wants and try to build it for them. Sometimes the basement level gets a bit cool in the winter, but we just wear our sweaters and keep going. We are a small group, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. There’s no hierarchy where you have to go through five people just to get an answer. If you have a question, you just ask whoever is sitting next to you. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We’ve been in Noida for a while now and we like the vibe of Sector-26. It’s busy but it feels real.
