Adapt Pharmaceutical Private Limited is set up at A2/280 in Sector F-Extn of the LDA Colony. If you know Lucknow, you know the LDA Colony is a pretty big area with lots of different sections. Our spot is a bit further out in the extension, so it’s not as crowded as the city center, which we actually prefer. The office is just a regular building where we handle all the pharmaceutical distribution and paperwork. It’s mostly just us sitting around the table, going over the numbers and making sure the stock levels are where they should be. We don’t have any big corporate banners or anything like that. It’s just a sign on the door and a lot of work happening inside. The dust from the nearby roads can be a bit of a struggle sometimes, but we just keep the place swept and keep moving. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with suppliers or checking the fridge temperatures for the products that need to stay cool. It’s a practical kind of job. We don’t have any fancy goals we talk about all the time; we just want to make sure the orders go out on time and the records are kept straight. It’s a quiet life out here in Sector F, and it suits us just fine. We just take things as they come and try to stay on top of the daily grind.
