4Amd Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is way up on the 14th floor of the tower at 14ATS Pristine. We are in Sector 150 of Noida, which is still developing in a lot of ways. Being up so high means we spend a fair bit of time waiting for the elevators, especially when the delivery guys are coming through. Our unit is 14GF2, and from the windows, you can see quite a bit of the construction going on in the rest of Gautam Buddha Nagar. It’s a bit different from a street-level shop because it feels a lot more tucked away. Most of our day is spent on computers or checking the inventory lists that come in from the warehouse. It’s not a fancy setup inside, just some desks, some chairs, and a lot of files. The air conditioning is usually running because it gets so hot in Uttar Pradesh during the middle of the year. We don't really have a big team, just a few people who know the routine. Sometimes the noise from the nearby building sites can be a bit much, but once the windows are shut, we just get on with the paperwork. We handle a lot of the distribution logistics from here. It’s a lot of double-checking numbers and making sure the addresses are correct for the outgoing shipments. We just try to keep things moving without making too much of a fuss about it.
