Shop number 6 is our small office near the Palam Triangle Market. Being close to the Mother Dairy in Palam Vihar makes us very easy to find. The market nearby is always full of people doing their daily shopping, which gives the area a nice buzz. Our shop-front is simple and we use it to manage real estate around Palam Vihar and the neighboring blocks. We see a mix of older residential houses and new builds. When the weather is decent, we often sit on plastic chairs outside and talk with passersby. You’d be surprised how much you learn about local property just by chatting with neighbors. We aren't part of any big corporate chain. It’s just this one shop and a few of us working here. Our notebooks are full of handwritten notes about what people are searching for. When the power goes out, we just wait it out while talking to the other shopkeepers on the row. Some days are very slow, and then suddenly the office is full of people wanting to see the same property. We just handle it as it happens. Palam Vihar is a nice community to work in. We like being part of the local market scene and keeping things straightforward. Doing this for years has taught us a lot about the people here. We just hope that every person who stops by ends up finding a place they actually like.
